Pocket Number-15: Purecraft Bar & Kitchen, Waterloo Street, Birmingham

WP_20151011_18_28_04_ProPurecraft Bar & Kitchen is a beer-bar and restaurant. Its interior is light and spacious and modern-industrial, with concrete floors, exposed walls and wooden tables, stools and benches. There is large selection of WP_20151011_18_35_31_Proquality craft beers on offer and the beers are paired with complimentary food.

WP_20151011_18_41_09_ProI tried a brown craft beer named Velvet Mocha Merlin from the Californian brewery “Firestone Walker.” It was a thick, dark ambrosia; with flavours of espresso and chocolate.

I found Will behind the bar and explained to him about [25] Pockets of [Birmingham]. When not managing at Purecraft, Will is also an artist and designer.

Will gave the assemblage a Firestone Walker beermat and then sent me to see anybody at The Diskery record store.
