Troy is a restaurant and cocktail bar specializing in grilled and Mediterranean cuisine.
The restaurant’s décor is urban-rustic with exposed brick walls, wooden floors, rope and tungsten light-bulb chandeliers … and wooden busts of horse heads (the Trojan horse?) on the bar counter.
I tried the grilled minced-meat wrap and it was doused in a tomato sauce and came with a generous heap of rice, dollops of yoghurt and salad.
I explained about [25] Pockets of [Leamington Spa] to Deniz and he sent me to meet Veli at Gusto Ricco. For the montage, Deniz told me to print out a colour copy of Troy’s signature horse head.
