Auradaze is a small Japanese deli and sushi bar just off Regent Street. Customers sit on stools and share tables around an open plan cooking area. Darren and his wife run the place and Darren told me that he had learned his craft working under a Sushi-master in Kyoto.
The seating had all been pre-booked for a tasting evening. However, I find Japanese 
cuisine delicious and will certainly look for opportunity to reserve a place and try the menu at a later date.
I explained to Darren about what I was doing and he gave the assemblage authentic Japanese chopsticks from Tokyo and then sent me to see Ami at Elma.
