Los Gatos is a small, lively tapas bar and restaurant in Swindon Old Town. I asked for Phil and/or Shareen at the bar and was taken next door to the adjacent french restaurant. I explained myself to Phil and he provided the project with a Rhub’ I.P.A. bottle that once housed an exotic french craft beer the taste of which is described on the bottle as being “a subtle marriage between the slightly acid rhubarb and the hops of Oceana.”
Phil advised me to next see Lino and Sue at the Italian restaurant La Carbonara.
