Fabio’s Ristorante is a lively Italian restaurant in Swindon’s old town. It was brimming with customers when I arrived on a Friday evening.
I explained about what I was doing to Janni. Janni was busy at work but agreed to participate when he found a spare moment. While waiting for Janni, I had supper. The food was plentiful and my cod fillet was exceptionally soft.
Once I was finished eating, I was given a complementary shot of grappa.
Later in the evening, Janni gave the montage a business card and sent me to see Enzo at Da Vinci Restaurant.
