Pocket Number-17: Cardiff Castle, Cardiff

I toured Cardiff Castle and climbed the motte and bailey; mounting the 1000+ steps to the top of the castle where I caught my breath with the panoramic views over all of Cardiff.

Later, while sitting out by the green at the front of the castle I met a random member of the public. He enjoyed smoking and skating and so gave me rizla filters and then sent me to visit his room mate, Trix at City Surf, an independent surf and skating shop in Castle Arcade. I was told to ask Trix about Marina & the Diamonds – his favorite band.
