Pocket Number-11: O’Neill’s, St Mary Street, Cardiff

I found Rae working at the upstairs bar at O’Neill’s, part of an Irish-themed chain of pubs.

Sports was being shown on multiple flat-screen TVs and the pub was packed. When she found a moment’s reprieve, I explained to Rae about what I was doing and gave her a hug, as per Lilly’s instructions. Rae then crowned the picture with a Corona Extra bottle top and sent me to say hi to Anne in Kitty Flynn’s – another Irish pub just across the road.
