Newbold Comyn Arms is a white and wood beam gastro-pub situated in converted stables right next to Newbold Comyn’s golf course.
The interior is rustic with wooden floors and an inglenook fireplace
The pub was busy. All the tables indoors were occupied so I had lunch at a picnic table on the green outside.
I tried the Sunday lunch menu’s roasted beef and especially enjoyed the red-wine gravy and Yorkshire puddings.
While ordering my lunch with Leah I explained to her about what I was doing. Leah studies film and media at Warwick uni. She gave the assemblage a Newbold Comyn Arms feedback card and then sent me to see Sati at Frames Snooker Club.
On the way back into Leamington I met Akwasi, Courtney and friends making their way up to Newbold Comyn Arms for lunch.
