On first inquiring after Charlotte at the House of Fraser, I was told that she was away on holiday but to try again on the following Saturday.
I did, and found Charlotte at the women’s clothing section. She agreed to participate after recognizing many of the previous participants who had referred me around Reading. She provided the project with a 30% off selected lines” tag for a coat hanger 
and sent me to see anyone in Forbury Gardens. She declined being photographed.
