Las Iguanas is a chain restaurant with Latin and Mexican food on its menu. It also keeps a well-stocked bar and offers a range of cocktails.
The Livery Street venue was bustling full when I visited and I joined a thirsty gathering at the bar 
where I found Sam mixing drinks .
When Sam had a moment between drink orders, I explained about what I was doing and showed him a photo of what his classmates were doing (lounging in the sun).
I tried a cocktail that Sam enjoys mixing – Caipirinha – a zesty affair featuring limes smashed with sugar and topped with cachaca liquor + ice.
Sam gave me two glasses full of Caipirinha. He explained that it was 
happy hour and so I could have 241.
He gave a Las Iguanas feedback form to put on the assemblage and then sent me to see anyone I found at the Glasshouse.
