This is Harry, who I encountered ice-skating as an ice-skating moderator at the Winter Wonderland.
Harry gave the picture a little felt Santa Claus.
Initially Harry wanted to refer me back to Sin City, but on learning that I had already been there crossed this out on the frame and instead decided that I should go to the McDonalds by the fountains as that would be another likely place in Swansea to encounter “someone with multi-coloured hair“.
