Lansdowne Hotel is housed in a handsome, regency period building; conveniently situated in the centre of Leamington Spa a stone’s throw from the Royal Priors Shopping Centre.
I explained about my project to the friendly Polish woman at reception and was brought into hotel’s sitting room while she went to retrieve Ben. 
When Ben arrived, I explained to him about [25] Pockets of [Leamington Spa] and he gave the assemblage his business card and then sent me to see Dennis at Troy, the Greek restaurant across the road.
