Pocket Number 29: The Bear Pit

I encountered two homeless men at the ‘bear-pit’. One scribbled ‘REALITY IS RELATIVE’ on the frame and the other directed me to visit anyone working at the cafe on City Road which provides free food for the homeless. He couldn’t recollect the name of the cafe and so called it “the missing link cafe”.

I was able to later determine that the Cafe on city road was called the “Wild Goose” and has since relocated to Stapleton Road, Easton. The picture was supplied with rizzler paper and a bottle top. The two gentlemen did not want to be photographed or identified and the man giving directions to the “Wild Goose” signed the frame as “me”.
