Mimosa is a newly refurbished kitchen and bar in Cardiff Bay’s Mermaid Quay serving food and cocktails. I ordered myself a draught of bitter along with salty tempura prawns which came together with sweet and spicy tomato and chili 
dip and a sour lemon. Thus all available flavours were made available to me.
Clive used to work with Darren. He gave the project a long stemmed, wrapped chocolate flower and then sent me to see Jenna at Cosy Club at St Davids and kindly 
wished me to “have a great journey.”
