Pocket Number-14: Prince of Wales, St. Mary Street, Cardiff

WP_20150404_15_29_50_Pro (2)The Prince of Wales is another Wetherspoons pub on the corner of St Mary Street. The building used to house a theatre and cinema and many of the theatre’s features have been retained to lend the pub a touch of character. The old boxes and the stage are still visible and the open, spiral staircase in the middle of the pub leads up to what used to be the theatre’s upper circle.

As a placeholder, Jago gave the montage a rotary spirit measure and then sent me to see Andy at the Central Bar Wetherspoons at Windsor Place for a meerkat impression.
