I arrived at the Handmade Burger Co., and asked to see Matt. He emerged from the kitchen and I explained the project to him.
Matt provided the project with a menu card and some vouchers that give a second burger for £1.00.
Matt advised me to next see Sharon at Face Bar.
When not managing at Handmade Burger Co., Matt takes care of the sound system at Face Bar.
Matt generously invited me to try a burger on the house and I had the New York Deli burger he recommended. It had a thick slab of burger meat plus pickles, pastrami, and gloriously yellow american mustard.
