The Rolleston (see: http://www.therolleston.co.uk/ ) is a traditional boozer that nourishes its clientèle with food cooked by Kim.
Kim gave the assemblage a wooden spoon she used to stir sauces with and then sent me to see J.C. at The Glue Pot pub.
