Castellamare is an independent Italian restaurant overlooking the picturesque bracelet bay in mumbles. Alex gave the montage a Castellamare biro, gave me a bit of chocolate and then sent me to visit his friend, Paul Nelson at the Bassetts/Citroen outlet just off Phoenix way near the Swansea enterprise zone.
