I found Arran working a Saturday shift at Reiss, a 
ladies clothes shop on the High Street. I explained about the project to him and showed him the chain of referrals that had led me to see him.
Arran gave the montage a business card and personalized it by writing on it his name and the date.
Arran then sent me to get a birds eye view of Oxford’s skyline from the top of Carfax Tower.
He advised that I could approach anyone at the tower.
