Altrincham Market is a Grade II-listed covered market that’s been refurbished and turned into a food court with food stalls on the sides and a communal dining area in the middle.
I got myself a velvety flat white from Phil at Market House Coffee and also tried a Margarita pizza from Honest 
Crust. The pizza was all about having the perfect sour-dough crust.
After I told Phil about what I was doing, he gave the
assemblage an ornate teaspoon and then sent me to see anyone working at Grindhouse Coffee shop’s newly opened outlet in Media City.
